E.S.D.

We've flown over 5,000 miles and been up for 30 hours. We are exhausted and praying for rest. We walked around the city today. It is beautiful and full of many people. Pray Ephesians 6:19 for our group.

Hey y'all!! After some minor difficulties, we have arrived! The weather is a pleasant 65 Farenheit, and hopefully it will stay that way. Today we explored with our interns R and T. It was cool , but I still like small towns better! The language barrier isn't that bad. We made it work. These poeple are awesome. I really like this orginazation. See you later.

We made it! Yay! Jet lag isn't too bad, thankfully! It did make me faint in the bank and bust my chin open on a table! It is beautiful! We got to explore today. Cologne is absolutely amazing! I can't wait for y'all to see pictures! God is doing some great things! I love and miss y'all

Wow... lol. It has been tough since I stepped onto the DBU campus and hasn't stopped yet. We got to Cologne around 10 o'clock in the morning and it felt like 3 am, US time. So jet lag has been kicking my butt. It has been tough but it has been Awesome and worth every second! See you all soon!!

Dear mom and dad, I survived Base Camp! It was kinda rough, but necessary. Germany is AMAZING! I've learned a bit of Deutsch, and I've used it in the city. The Dom cathedral is gorgeous. I'm already in love with Cologne. Pray for me!

Cologne was incredible!! I am so tried yet so excited. There were so many different types of people that were talking in so many different languages. I am looking forward to tomorrow when we begin to try to speak to those people and start a relationship with them. Cologne is beautiful! I've already fell in love with it! The plane was nice coming here was awesome! I havent't gone to sleep yet, but after walking around Cologne all day, I am READY to go to sleep. Please continue praying for us. The real work hasn't even begun yet...

Today was very hard because I wanted to fall asleep everywhere. But still it was very fun. People of Cologne are very fashionable and they honk like crazy! But I know tomorow will be great! Pray that I brush up on my german.
