Today was full of suprises and successes. We met B and M again, taught them some english, learned some german, and played a lot of soccer. We gave them some bookmarks with scripture on them. We met a 13 year-old and a 15 year-old boy, D and D. We're gonna meet them again tomorrow. One of tehm, the 15 year-old, speaks a lot of english. I also met E's friends A. It seems like everyone on the team has someone that they are going to meet tomorrow. What a fruitful day. Glory to God.

Today we learned about the 4th season of the harvest- vintaging (discipling). It was an awesome day out in our area of the city. On Sunday I walked by a delicious bakery. On Monday and Tuesday I visited with a lady that works there. Today (Wed) she was off, but i ran into her and her husband at teh mall. They asked me to sit and have coffee. It was an awesome visit. I will meet them again tomorrow. Pray for me as I try to bring Jesus into our conversation. Love you!!

Today was great! Colby, Linsey, and I got to talk to with N, the girl i met yesterday. We translated some questions about God and she actually understood them! We found out that she is catholic and owns a bible and reads it. Then we prayer for her and she seemed so happy! We are meeting her again tomorrow. Hopefully we'll be able to communicate more. I pray that we make a difference in her life. We also hung out. She took us to an ice cream store and to the mall. We got to find out stuff about her on the way like her favorite color and food. These days go by fast! Love y'all!

God is amazing! Today, we spent all day with N who we met yesterday! We ate ice cream, played soccer, and finally were able to talk to her a little bit! We also met her mom and baby sister that's 4 months old! She reminded me of Kenky! She was a Catholic and said she knew Jesus and had Him in her heart! She also said that she had a Bible and read it! We prayed for her and translated verses for her and gave her the song sheet of Shout to the Lord that M gave us! I don't know if she understood everything, but my prayer is that she does! We also met some cool guys that are really good at soccer! God amazes me more and more every day. Please keep praying for us! I love and miss y'all.

Hey, today I hung out with S ! She's 17 and knows english! I'm going to meet her again tomorrow and we already exchanged info. She's not a believer, but she is curious and very inquisitive. I did, however, get to tell her my story. Please pray for her.

It started off slow. The lady we made friends with at the bakery had today off. So for four hours we prayed and met many nice Turkish people who spoke no english. Thenn God brought rain and in the shelter of the mall we found her and her husband! We talked for thirty minutes and we are going to have dinner with them tomorrow. God is great!

Today was an amazing day for our whole team. When I woke up this morning, I could tell that it was going to be a great day. We met a girl toady that spoke very little english. We got out a song that was in German.. Shout to the Lord. So we asked what certain words meant. When it came to the Lord she pointed up. Later we bought her some ice cream and we asked her if she went to church. She said yes. Realize that we had to look up everything we wanted to say so it took forever. We found out she was Catholic. We asked about Jesus and she said "whats Jesus?" Right then and there we tried to explain HIm and everything as best we could. We said 'Jesus is God's son' and she said 'oh!; She said He was in her heart and we were overjoyed. We translated some verses for her in German and we all held hands in a circle and prayed for her. She was so happy. It was awesome. Then we went to the mall and she showed us her favorite store. Please say a prayer for N. What a great day.

I am so excited about tomorrow. I played with two little boys named B and M. We played soccer for a while and then talked for a while. Some of the girls wit us talked to B's sister, N. They really got to know her well. I feel we really made a connection today. I only wish we had more time to spend with them, but I know they will be in good hands. I wish all of you were here. 1 Kings 18:43-44
